How to Apply:
Peel off the clear sheet and press tattoo, adhesive side down, to clean, dry skin.
Wet the backing paper with water and press firmly until the paper slides off.
Smooth the edges and pat dry.
For best results, exfoliate skin and skip moisturizer before applying. For a matte appearance, apply loose or pressed powder over your tattoo.
